Physical Products (Print-On-Demand Items)
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or sales events. Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are: United States: 5-10 business days, International Orders: 10-21 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@thecozycasual.com with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Digital Products
Digital products, such as printable planners and guides, are delivered instantly via email. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your product. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. For any issues accessing your digital product, contact us at hello@thecozycasual.com, and we’ll be happy to assist. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
